2. Products

FROST nicotine pouches contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. Our products are intended for use by adults 21 and over who currently use nicotine. FROST products are not smoking cessation aids and have not been evaluated by the FDA for that purpose.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information. Payment must be received prior to shipment.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact sales@frostpouches.com to initiate a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
